Life can be so stressful.  The pressure cooker of responsibility, expectations, personal shortcomings, and heartbreak can leave us feeling like we want out.  Some people literally do tune out, and consequently lose their mental health.  Some try to fight through the stress, tooth and nail, and lose their physical health.  Still others try to situate their lives such that there will be no stress, and thus lose their spiritual health.

There is another option.  Learning to thrive through the stress, live gracefully through it, experience it with positive expectation…is the answer.  The RAIN method is a great way to help us pass through life’s stressors with great meaning and become a stronger person as a result…
